Mike Morris Photography

Mike Morris is a Wisconsin based photographer, with a twist. While a long-time enthusiast of the outdoors, I was often too busy to stop and enjoy the beauties of the world around me.

When I was 39, I began loosing my vision. Diagnosed with a form of macular degeneration, I had to face reality. At some point in my life, my eyes would not see the colors and details of life around me.

The acceptance of this condition lead to me acquiring a camera. The goal, to capture what is beautiful to my eye, and preserve that image forever. My focus is the detail, be it contrast of colors or sharpness of detail.
